1. Premium Cancellation
Monthly/annual subscriptions do not auto-renew unless renewed via Shopier or manual payment. Cancel at least 7 days before period end. No partial refunds for used periods unless required by law.
2. Refunds
Unused orders with no license activation may request refund within 14 days. Activated digital licenses may not be refundable. Proportional extension or refund may apply if service is unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours due to our fault.
3. Chargebacks
Unjustified chargebacks may lead to account suspension. Repeated cases may result in permanent termination and legal action. Panel logs may be used as evidence.
