1. Parties and Scope
These Terms of Service govern the legal relationship between the service provider and any natural or legal person using the cloud-based automated grid trading software of Korvyth Bot (korvythbot.com). By registering, logging in, or using the service, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms.
2. Nature of the Service
Korvyth Bot is not investment advisory, portfolio management, or brokerage. The software places automated orders via API keys linked to your own exchange account according to parameters you set. All trading decisions and outcomes are your responsibility.
3. Risk Warning
Cryptocurrency trading involves high volatility and loss risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Losses may occur due to market conditions, liquidity, exchange outages, and technical failures. Only trade amounts you can afford to lose.
4. Account and Security
You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential. API keys should grant Spot trading only; withdraw permission must never be enabled. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended. If you suspect unauthorized access, reset passwords and API keys immediately.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property in software, UI, brand, logo, documentation, and content on korvythbot.com belongs to the service provider. Unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, source extraction, resale, or reproduction is prohibited.
6. Suspension and Termination
Accounts may be suspended or permanently terminated with or without notice in cases of abuse, suspected fraud, chargebacks, illegal activity, security threats, or breach of these terms. Statutory rights upon termination remain reserved.
7. Governing Law
Unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise, disputes are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumer disputes may be brought before consumer arbitration boards and courts at the user's place of residence.
