1. User API Keys
API keys are used only to place orders on your behalf. Withdraw permission must not be granted. Keys are stored encrypted and are not requested except for support.
2. Third-Party Outages
Indirect damages from exchange API failures, rate limits, network outages, maintenance, or third-party infrastructure are limited to the extent permitted by law.
3. Data Loss
Although reasonable backups are made, you must keep your own trade records and API key backups. Data loss from force majeure or misconfiguration is your responsibility.
